Job Description: Sales Executive (0-1 Year Experience)

Position: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets by effectively communicating the value of our furniture products to potential customers and negotiating successful deals.

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers (e.g., retailers, interior designers, corporate clients).
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on product features, current market trends, competitors, and new sales techniques.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Negotiation & Communication:
  • Conduct effective negotiations with clients to close sales deals profitably.
  • Maintain excellent professional communication in all interactions, both written and verbal.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of proven experience in a sales role or a strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong aptitude for negotiations and closing sales.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales (even if from internships or college projects).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
