Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Founding Engineer, you'll:

  • Build and scale core product features using Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs
  • Integrate and fine-tune OpenAI/GPT models for intelligent agent workflows
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on product design, architecture, and roadmap decisions
  • Rapidly prototype ideas, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to creating a production-grade system
  • Work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of modules
  • Maintain high code quality and participate in peer reviews
  • Contribute ideas to improve product usability, performance, and automation
  • Engage in technical research, experimentation, and POCs with LLMs and other AI tools

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out
  • Has a hacker mindset—scrappy, fast, and resourceful
  • Passionate about AI, automation, and building things from scratch
  • Able to operate independently and show initiative (we welcome applicants across experience levels if you can prove this).
  • Has experience with:
  • Python (FastAPI or Flask)
  • PostgreSQL & SQL
  • RESTful APIs
  • OpenAI API (ChatGPT, Assistants, or LangChain)
  • Git, Docker basics
