Lead Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to build functional and efficient server-side applications. The responsibilities include participating in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality, cloud-native products that meet customer needs.
Required Experience:
8 + Years
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Job Location
: Pune/Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Experience: Minimum 5 years in building platforms using Azure/AWS
- System Architecture: Excellent track record in system architecture and design.
- Programming Skills: Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Serverless Technologies: Experience in developing applications using serverless technologies.
- Database Skills: Strong expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Must have experience in Azure/AWS Services.
- Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in leading teams.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in leading SRE or DevOps teams for a long-term platform project.
- Exposure to performance optimization, improving platform efficiency/ scalability.
