About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to own and deliver growth targets for credit card sales and loan disbursements at CashKaro/BankKaro. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in scaling growth for a consumer-facing B2C app in India, with a bias towards fintech (preferred but not mandatory). This role requires a hands-on operator who thrives on high-frequency experimentation, sharp data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Own growth targets for credit card sales and loan disbursements, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding of monthly/quarterly goals.
Drive growth experiments end-to-end: from ideation, design, and execution to measurement, analysis, and scaling.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Brand, Content, and Partnerships to execute growth initiatives.
Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-backed strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and consumer behaviour to inform new growth opportunities.
Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights regularly to leadership.
Requirements
5–6 years of experience in growth/marketing roles at B2C consumer apps in India (fintech experience preferred).
Proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering growth targets in high-pressure environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (hands-on required).
Experience with rapid experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, funnel optimization, campaign measurement).
Exceptional self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Strong communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders and rally teams towards common growth goals.
Must-haves
5–6 years of experience in growth/marketing roles in B2C consumer apps in India
Proven track record of delivering measurable growth targets (not just campaigns) with end-to-end ownership
Strong hands-on Excel/analytics skills
Experience with growth experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, funnel optimisation, campaign measurement)
Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and marketing teams
Hands-on with tools like Clevertap and working knowledge of SQL
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI in growth workflows – e.g., generating test hypotheses, automating campaigns & reporting, drafting user communication, rapid prototyping, etc.
