About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Operations & Visa Executive to manage end-to-end travel services, including ticketing, reservations, visa processing, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in travel operations with strong knowledge of visa documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day travel operations including ticketing, reservations, itinerary preparation, and related travel services.
  • Manage and coordinate visa processing for clients, ensuring timely submission of documents and adherence to embassy/consulate requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, visa applications, and operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel/visa regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide operational support for escalations, last-minute changes, or urgent travel requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel operations and visa processing.
  • Strong knowledge of travel documentation, visa rules, and procedures for various countries.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems (GDS/CRS knowledge preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
