Role Overview:

The
Operations – Process Manager
will be responsible for overseeing daily operational workflows, ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance across all travel operations. You'll design and optimize SOPs, monitor performance metrics, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update MIS reports
    with 100% data accuracy, tracking key performance metrics such as TAT, error rates, and process adherence for management reviews.
  • Perform detailed data entry, validation, and reconciliation
    of bookings, invoices, and vendor transactions to ensure error-free reporting and financial accuracy.
  • Identify process gaps and implement SOPs
    to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance overall operational control.
  • Manage and monitor daily operational workflows across booking, vendor coordination, and travel fulfillment to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    (sales, finance, customer service) to streamline operations, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    (MBA or operations specialization preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in
    operations, process excellence, or quality assurance
    —preferably within the travel or hospitality domain.
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional
    attention to detail
    and
    accuracy
    in managing operational processes.
  • Proficiency with tools like
    MS Excel, CRM systems, and process tracking dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
