Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow SAPSOL's online presence during night hours. You will be responsible for promoting our programs, projects, and training courses across social media platforms, engaging with prospective leads, and assisting in campaign execution to increase brand visibility and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) during night hours.
  • Promote SAPSOL programs, courses, and projects to generate leads and increase engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries, messages, and comments, and respond professionally.
  • Assist in designing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Track campaign performance, generate basic reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand voice and consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night hours and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign tracking is an advantage.

Shift & Hours:

  • Night Shift (10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST, flexible)
  • Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
