  • Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, GRN, Put away, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Perform cycle count and regular inventory audit with Manager.
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Keeping track all shipments RTS, IN transit and RTO
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
  • Working closely with the department to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
