A results-driven
Warehouse Manager
with
7 to 15 years of hands-on experience
in managing end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, staff supervision, inbound/outbound logistics, safety compliance, and space optimization. Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely dispatch and accurate stock management in both manual and ERP-enabled environments.

·      Supervise and control warehouse operations of multi client Warehouse.

·      Implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize space utilization.

·      Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, Packing and dispatch.

·      Ensure accurate inventory management, timely audit and stock reconciliations

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, processes, and overall efficiency.

·      Optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.

·      Maintain Compliance with safety, Security and Statutory regulation.

·      Lead, Train and Motivate Warehouse team across functions.

·      Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports

·      Implement ERP or WMS-based processes

Key Requirements:

·      Graduate in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (MBA preferred).

·      Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or 3PL sectors.

·      Strong leadership and people management skills.

·      Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools.

·      Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

·      Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in high-volume environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, including team leadership

·      Strong grasp of inventory management, WMS tools, and packaging workflows

·      Advanced proficiency in Excel and operational reporting

·      Skilled in negotiating vendor terms on quality, cost, design, and MOQs

·      Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused

·      Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations preferred

·      Exposure to international logistics and export processes is a strong plus
