Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and rollout of our ERP software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to execution, go-live, and post-implementation support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and ERP system expertise to ensure seamless business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and execute ERP implementation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into actionable ERP solutions.

Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.

Coordinate functional and technical consultants for configuration, customization, and integration tasks.

Oversee data migration activities and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Organize UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate user training sessions.

Ensure smooth go-live transition and provide post-implementation support.

Continuously monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of ERP project management experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems). Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50, ₹85,000.00 per month
