Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, providing a warm welcome, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Managing the process of guest arrivals and departures, including room allocation and key distribution.
- Reservations: Handling phone and online reservations, making changes, and confirming bookings.
- Information Provision: Answering guest inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Communication: Managing phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information to guests and other staff.
- Payment Processing: Handling guest payments, processing credit cards, and managing accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and other relevant information.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing guest complaints and requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to supervisors.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Collaboration: Working with other hotel staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction.
