We are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager. The applicant will have a strong background in technology with a strong understanding and at least 7 years experience with Technology Project Management.

Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities Project Leadership and Management- Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.
- Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution.
- Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.
- Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.
- Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.
- Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.
- At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under a Project.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details.
- Ability to identify and improve on work & process inefficiencies.
- Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA.
- Proficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
- Good organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and can prioritize work.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and meticulous with attention to details.
- Team player, able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Good stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
