Job Description – Admin Executive
Company: TPP Perfumes Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Plant at Bhaila, Bavla, Gujarat
Position: Admin Executive
Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day plant administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance activities to maintain hygiene and workplace standards.
- Handle paperwork, filing, and documentation related to plant and office administration.
- Assist in managing vendor coordination, office supplies, utilities, and service providers.
- Support in organizing meetings, employee facilities, and plant-related compliance documentation.
- Maintain proper record of attendance, visitor log, and security checks in coordination with HR.
- Ensure timely execution of all routine administrative tasks as per management requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff for day-to-day plant administration issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/B.A./BBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in plant/office administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Other Requirements:
- Candidate must be comfortable working at the Bhaila, Bavla plant location.
- Should be reliable, proactive, and adaptable to plant work culture.
