Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads or sales. Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic issues.
- Generate leads, follow up on sales calls, and close sales where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
- Update customer information in the database as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: [Specify, e.g., High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree]
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
