Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Laxmi Nagar (Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station)

Industry/Product: Men's Wellness Herbal Supplements

Salary:

  • Fresher: ₹10,000 per month
  • Experienced: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle outbound and inbound calls for product promotion and sales.
  2. Explain product features, benefits, and offers to potential customers.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  4. Follow up with customers for closing sales and repeat orders.
  5. Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
  6. Provide proper guidance and support to customers regarding herbal wellness supplements.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling).
  • Prior telecalling or telesales experience in wellness/healthcare/herbal industry will be an advantage.
