Job Type: Full-Time (Off Role) / Field Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Market Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned market areas, identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves fieldwork, lead generation, and market mapping to ensure brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet potential customers through market visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell the companys products/services in assigned areas.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
  • Ensure proper branding and visibility in the market (e.g., POS materials, merchandising).
  • Submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales data to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and repeat orders.

Key Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [FMCG / Retail / Auto / Glass / Consumer Goods, Telcom Real Estate] industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
