**Job Summary**: As a Marketing Representative at Ashish Drug Agencies, you will play a vital role in promoting pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with retail medical counters. Your primary responsibility will be to visit various medical counters, engage with healthcare professionals, and secure orders for our products. We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit retail medical counters, and clinics to secure orders and increase sales perfomance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists.
- Understand the specific needs and preferences of retail medical counters and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and emerging trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th class pass or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Benefits and Compensation**:

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
