As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and drive sales growth through retail outlets.

Job Description: As a Sales Representative at LalaJi Agro Industries, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our own brand rice products to retail outlets. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and market penetration by effectively engaging with potential customers and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Visit retail outlets, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and specialty food stores, to promote and sell LalaJi Agro Industries' rice products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets, including store managers and buyers.

Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers, highlighting the unique selling points of LalaJi Agro Industries' rice products.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with retail outlets.

Knowledge of the local market and retail landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

**Compensation**: This position offers a commission-based salary structure, providing ample opportunities for motivated individuals to earn a competitive income based on their sales performance. In addition to the commission, sales representatives may be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
