Role: Finance & Accounts Associate

Location: Onsite - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities -

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable,

bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.

2. Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

3. Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems.

4. Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

5. Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC

requirements.

6. Maintain documentation for finance policies, SOPs, and workflows.

What We are Looking For -

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA

    Finance is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
