Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 2- 4 years of experience in PMO, Project delivery, Project management life cycle


• Timesheet management, preparing SOW with intended details. Close watch on Man-days

for all projects and track them against PO. Liaise with Account Managers on need for PO

extension well in advance.


• Track and update the variations in man days on projects in all stages

involved- Requirement Gathering, Development, Testing, Closure.


• Understands project management milestone / billing types / utilization/ invoicing


• Responsible for preparing and assisting with daily status report of each resource.


• Prepare the MIS reports on Resource and Project Utilization, Resource Projection,


• segregate billable and deployed consultants details and provide key Utilization

parameters.


• Candidate shall be involved in coordinating offsite projects


• Understand the process involved on the client's side for Timesheet, Billing, reporting and

follow the same accordingly.


• Maintain repository of Project documents, update the same with current versions

accordingly.


• Create communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among

key stakeholders. Set up formal meetings for every important milestone, get


• the deliverable checked by Quality control team, follow up till that deliverable is signed

off.


• Accountable for documentation of project work packages throughout different stages


• of project execution-deliverables. Ensure proper standards are in place and version

changes are captured.


• Track the support tickets and coordinate with clients to ensure tickets are closed and

logged.

Minimum Qualification:


• BE/MBA


• Excellent Spoken & Written communication skills


• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills


• Aggression to get work done and track action items to closure


• Good knowledge of working on MS Excel (like Pivots, charting etc.)
