Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead RPA Developer (Blue Prism) based in Kolkata. The Lead RPA Developer will be responsible for leading the development of automation processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Daily tasks include designing and implementing robotic process automation solutions, performing detailed analysis, and providing guidance on best practices for process automation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Robotics and Process Automation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing processes and identifying automation opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience in Software Development, especially related to Blue Prism
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing development projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in similar roles or industries is a plus
