Looking for Technical lead | Bangalore to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 7+yrs. of experience.

About CodeVyasa: CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy , and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js .
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to deploy and scale applications.
  • Design and optimize relational databases with MySQL for high-performance queries and transactions.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API integrations .
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js,Python (Express.js, Nest.js or similar frameworks).
  • Proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, Cloud SQL, S3, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and serverless computing .
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
