Tech Stack You'll Lead

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Routing)
  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js
  • Database: MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git & GitHub

Your Role as Technical Lead

  • Lead & Deliver: Conduct structured, hands-on MERN stack training sessions.
  • Mentor Future Developers: Guide learners through real-world project workflows and capstone projects.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with junior trainers and maintain curriculum quality.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to course design, tooling, and learning pathways.
  • Code Quality Champion: Provide detailed code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure deployable output.
  • Portfolio Building: Help students build strong public GitHub portfolios.

Preferred Profile

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience
  • Proven leadership or team lead experience in tech or training
  • Strong GitHub profile and real-world projects to showcase
  • Prior mentoring, training, or academic facilitation experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
