Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Lead - Research. The Lead - Research will be responsible for overseeing the research team, developing and implementing research strategies, conducting in-depth market and financial analysis, and utilizing statistical and quantitative methods to enhance algorithmic models. The role involves close collaboration with trading and technology teams to validate and refine models to optimize trading performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in statistical and quantitative methods, including data analysis and machine learning
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing research strategies
  • Expertise in market and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in the use of back-testing, simulation, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in algorithmic trading is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
