About the Role:
We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Manager – Marketing
for our reputed client in the Electrical Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will lead marketing activities, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth through strategic initiatives and tender management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing activities specifically for
electrical products
. - Prepare
budgets and marketing strategies
aligned with company goals. - Handle
tendering processes
including EMD and online submissions. - Demonstrate strong
presentation, negotiation, and communication
skills. - Manage
terms of payment, collections, and commercial follow-ups
. - Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
. - Participate in
exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
. - Conduct
extensive travelling
as required for business development. - Represent the company with utmost professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Commit to an
agreement term of 5 years
with the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in marketing of electrical products. - Strong understanding of
tendering procedures
and documentation. - Good exposure to
budget planning, negotiation, and strategic marketing
. - Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness for frequent travel for marketing and business development purposes.
- Ability to participate and represent the company in
industry exhibitions
