YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a talented and driven Third-Party Management Operations role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Ensuring adherence to TPRM policies and procedures across the full lifecycle.
- Supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Third Party Business Representatives (TPBRs), and the TPMO team.
- Managing risk assessments and determining appropriate relationship records for new service requests.
- Driving follow-ups and escalations across various TPRM stages including Inherent Risk Assessments, Due Diligence, Contingency Plans, and Risk Summary approvals.
- Performing monthly reconciliations and reporting using Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa Core.
- Experience in risk management, vendor governance, or third-party oversight.
- Familiarity with tools like Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, and ServiceNow.
- Looking for working expereince 5 to 13 years
