JD for QA Lead

QA Lead Responsibilities

  • Understanding business requirement.
  • Creation and approval of Test Scenarios, Test Case, Use Case, User Stories and API Test Cases.
  • Focus day to day testing activities, More hands-on involvement in the actual testing process.
  • Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work.
  • Responsible for identifying and documenting defects, process improvements and automation.
  • Maintaining and Tracking Quality Assurance metrics.
  • Participating in project management meetings as and when required.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.

QA Lead Requirements & Skills

  • 6 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with test management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹900,000.22 per year
