Job Title: Sales Team Lead & corporate sales

Overview:

Lead B2B sales efforts through telesales, key account management, and team leadership. Responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team to meet targets and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & New Business:

  • Generate leads via cold calling, outreach, and networking
  • Conduct sales pitches and close deals
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups

Account Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key corporate clients
  • Upsell/cross-sell products and ensure client retention
  • Onboard new corporate accounts

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a sales team
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide feedback
  • Conduct regular performance reviews

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Track sales in CRM and analyze key metrics
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to sales strategy and process improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align with marketing on lead gen campaigns
  • Coordinate with product and support teams
  • Share client feedback to improve offerings

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Target-driven and well-organized
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month + Commission

Schedule: Day shift

Travel: 100% (Required)
