Location: Thane (Work From Office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Inbound Voice Process

Date of Joining: Immediate / End of this Month

Languages Required:

  • English (Basic fluency for English profiles)
  • Hindi (Basic fluency for linguistic profiles)

Salary: 22,000 in-hand

Shift Timings: 9-hour rotational shift between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM

Week Off: 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off

Eligibility:

  • HSC + 6 months experience or any graduate freshers
  • Good communication skills in required language

Job Description:

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for HP PS process in Thane. The role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have basic fluency in the required language and a willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
