Job Role:
This strategic role combines P&L ownership with hands-on leadership in driving revenue expansion, operational excellence, and market penetration within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Revenue Leadership: Drive sales growth by strengthening OEM and Tier-1 supplier relationships, developing new markets, and expanding customer segments
- Strategic Business Development: Lead market penetration strategies, explore partnership opportunities, and drive competitive positioning
- P&L Management: Own divisional profitability with focus on ROCE improvement and comprehensive financial performance
- Operational Excellence: Optimize manufacturing processes, implement cost management strategies, and drive operational efficiencies
- Board Engagement: Present monthly performance insights and develop long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational vision
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Any engineer with 15-25 years of experience in Business Development & Operations management. candidate from automotive components/OEM Suppliers; Industrial Manufacturing (Precision Components, Springs, Fasteners, etc.); engineering-driven product manufacturing.
Good knowledge of operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles
