Mission
Key missions of the position:
- verify conformity of components supplied on a site level, detect, contain, analyse and report incidents
- Ensure Implementation of relevant quality requirements of WMS & IMS / IRIS.
- Manage follow up of non-quality costs related to supplied parts and ensure charge back to suppliers
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Examine incoming parts for defects, damage, or non-conformance.
- Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform visual and Dimensional inspections includes GD&T parameters based on Drawings and specifications.
- Evaluating roughness and surface treatment process quality
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate logs of findings.
- Tag and quarantine non-conforming materials.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Ensure inspections comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
