Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the company's quality standards. Additionally, the Barista will engage with customers, showcase coffee expertise, and contribute to the vibrant coffee culture at Blue Tokai.

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Interpersonal Skills for engaging with customers and team members
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about specialty coffee
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
