Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Pune. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. Duties include managing inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, supervising cleaning and maintenance of the cafe, and ensuring food and beverage quality. Additionally, the Cafe Manager will work on boosting sales through effective communication, promotional activities, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Food & Beverage management and Food Service skills
  • Sales skills and experience in promoting and growing cafe revenue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to handle operational tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field is preferred
