About the Company:
MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) services and solutions. We specialize in Design-Engineering, SITC Contracts, and Maintenance across diverse domains including Fire Protection, Water Mist, Utility Piping & Plumbing, ELV-IBMS, Security Surveillance, and LT-HT Electrical Turnkey Projects.
Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials/services as per project needs
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
- Track and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
1 to 3 years in Purchase/Procurement (preferably in MEPF or similar industry) - Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Skills:
- Proficient in
MS Excel
and
MS Word - Good verbal and written
communication skills - Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
