Job Description:

A Purchase Executive is responsible for managing an organization's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality acquisition of goods and services. They focus on sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management to support the organization's operational needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management:
    Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and building strong vendor relationships. 


  • Procurement Planning and Execution:
    Understanding internal needs, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery. 


  • Cost Analysis and Optimization:
    Analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable terms, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 


  • Quality Control:
    Reviewing the quality of purchased products and ensuring they meet company standards. 


  • Record Keeping and Reporting:
    Maintaining accurate records of purchases, delivery information, and supplier data, and preparing reports on purchases. 


  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
