About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join us as Site Visit Coordinators on a gig basis. In this role, you will represent our brand at property sites, assist customers during their scheduled visits, and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the property tour.

This is a flexible, gig-based opportunity—ideal for individuals who prefer short-term assignments, part-time work, or additional income streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct scheduled property/site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Greet and assist customers at the site, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Connect customer with the local sales team at the site.
  • Answer customer queries and escalate detailed/technical questions to the central advisory team.
  • Ensure timely updates of visit status, feedback, and customer remarks in the system.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor as the first point of on-ground contact.
  • Liaise with builders, promoters, or site representatives for smooth coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduate preferred.
  • Decent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer service-oriented.
  • Smartphone with internet access (mandatory) for updates and navigation.
  • Ability to commute to different project sites as per schedule.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Own 2 wheeler Vehicle and driving license.
