Responsibilities Manage workers: Set schedules, monitor performance, and instruct site workers Ensure safety: Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed Conduct inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and address any potential hazards immediately Coordinate activities: Coordinate activities among workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Monitor progress: Monitor the progress of construction projects Manage teams: Manage and coordinate different teams' efforts, including construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Goals The goal of a site supervisor is to keep other construction professionals safe and enforce safety compliance among other construction workers. They are primarily concerned with ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's expected quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
