Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Project Site Supervisor, located in Serilingampalli. The Interior Project Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards. The role includes managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the project. The supervisor will also be responsible for regular communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills and experience in overseeing interior design projects
  • Understanding of interior site execution processes and ability to coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and ensure project timelines are met
  • Relevant education in interior design,Architecture, or related fields is a plus
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the industry is preferred
  • previously work as site supervisor in interior company of residential and commercial spaces.
  • Ability to manage 3 to 4 interior sites at a same time
  • Ability to complete the project within the timeline given by the company.
  • Also knows to find out the quantities of material for site execution.
