**Job Role**:

- Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding projects and updates.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and transactions.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
- Basic understanding of real estate terms and trends.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).

**Compensation**:

- Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on performance.
- Benefits: mobile reimbursement, insurance, etc.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
