Inviting applications for the role of a Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable 
We are looking for someone who can handle the Accounts Payable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AP improvements. You are a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in accounts payable process.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include:

•    Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers

•    Audit the Payment Proposals/ T&E Reports

•    Reconcile vendor statements, GRIR clearing and Debit balances

•    Ensure that all the Activities (Daily/Monthly) are completed in the given TAT.

•    Engage with multiple partners including both internal and external

•    As a team leader, you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities

•    SOP's revisit at regular intervals and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signoff

•    Identify & implement AP improvements

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

•    B.Com Graduate/MCom (MBA – Finance preferred)

Preferred qualifications 

•    Good interpersonal skills

•    Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts

•    Good knowledge on MS Excel and Word.

•    ERP knowledge like SAP, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
