Role Overview

Faculty members in the Department of Biochemistry will be responsible for teaching and guiding MBBS students, conducting laboratory practicals, promoting research, and maintaining academic quality in accordance with NMC (National Medical Commission) norms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and train MBBS students in Biochemistry (theory and practical).
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
  • Guide students in research, seminars, and project work.
  • Prepare academic materials and maintain laboratory records.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, CME, and institutional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with NMC and university regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualifications & Experience: As per NMC norms for the respective post (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Tutor).

  • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge in medical biochemistry.
