- Creating, curating, and managing content (including posts, videos, webinars, etc.) for online platforms, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
- Developing and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with members and influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Gathering and analysing feedback from the community to inform marketing, product development, and improvement teams.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually enhance community engagement strategies.
- Alongside, being responsible for member management and daily operations in the office.
