We are seeking a dynamic community manager to join us at Hour Space, a coworking space in Colaba-Mumbai.

As a community manager, your role will be critical in building and maintaining a vibrant online and offline community for our business. You will develop and manage our online social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster strong relationships with our audience. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with a passion for social media and a strong background in community management.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Managing and growing our online community presence across various platforms, including social media, forums, and our company website.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.
  • Monitoring and responding to community members' inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analysing community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Organising and hosting events and community meetups to engage and connect with our members.
  • Creating, curating, and managing content (including posts, videos, webinars, etc.) for online platforms, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice.
  • Developing and enforcing community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with members and influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Gathering and analysing feedback from the community to inform marketing, product development, and improvement teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually enhance community engagement strategies.
  • Alongside, being responsible for member management and daily operations in the office.
