To support our expansion, we are seeking WELL-QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL WITH SMT EXPERIENCE to join our dynamic team as:

Country Sales Manager (Based in New Delhi)

Candidates from soldering/electronics/semi-conductor/manufacturing industries or related industry will be favorably considered

Reporting to Senior Country Sales Manager, you are expected to:

  1. Possesses strong sales skills and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute annual business plans that outline key activities and objectives to achieve or exceed growth targets.

  2. To achieve sales goals & objectives in assigned territory.

  3. Conduct product sales presentations to cross functional audiences.

  4. Define and manage territory budgets, strategic plans and customer engagement details.

  5. Maintain accurate sales records, prospecting activities, complaints, market intelligence, product agreements and customer expectations.

  6. Negotiate key contracts or other required agreements to expand business opportunity with customers and distributors.

  7. Manage customer/distributor escalation and coordinate with internal team members to minimize negative impact on business or create new opportunity.

  8. Use market and customer insights to develop a strategic vision, drive key initiatives, and contribute to product enhancements.

  9. Ensure internal alignment with customer expectations and manage for success.

  10. Possesses high level of product and market knowledge and able to advise customer on procedures, applications and techniques.

  11. Establish rapport with customers.

  12. Build excellent relationships with decision-makers in strategic accounts.

  13. Possesses excellent appreciation of territory potential and manages territory well with great control.

  14. Manage difficult selling situations, complex product systems or large accounts with limited supervision.

  15. Provide prompt response to customer's requirements on training, new products, enquiry's and services.

  16. Understands the company's selling philosophy and submits ideas and constructive suggestions to management for new growth area.

  17. Possess detail knowledge of competitive situation and market trends.

  18. Possesses timely management skills.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience on management position with successful track records in sales & marketing of similar products.
  3. Must possess SMT knowledge with working experience from Semi-Conductor or Electronic industries.
  4. Strong written/oral communication skill in English is necessary.
  5. Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment, able to work with a team and Possess a driving license.
  6. Strong team player, possess high energy level with good leadership and knowledge of customer/supplier relationship.
  7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  8. Ability to travel within region at short notice.
