Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 
UI/UX Designer
 with strong front-end development expertise to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will blend design sensibility with technical proficiency to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new user-facing features with a focus on 
    usability, responsiveness, and accessibility
    .
  • Build 
    reusable and scalable code
     for future projects to ensure design and development efficiency.
  • Ensure 
    technical feasibility
     and performance of UI/UX designs across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Optimize applications
     for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Validate user interactions and inputs to ensure 
    smooth integration
     with backend systems.
  • Collaborate closely with 
    developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
     throughout the design and development process.
  • Contribute to 
    automated testing
     and quality assurance of UI components.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in 
    UI/UX design tools
     such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of 
    user flows, interaction design, typography, color theory, and layout principles
    .
  • Experience in 
    creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
    .
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into 
    simple and elegant design solutions
    .
  • Experience conducting 
    user research and usability testing
    .
  • Excellent 
    communication and collaboration
     skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science, Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field
    .
  • Education from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology)
     or equivalent design institute will be considered an added advantage.
  • Minimum 
    2 years of relevant experience
     in UI/UX design, front-end development, or similar roles.
