Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role for a
Senior UI/UX Designer
located in
Hyderabad
.

You will be responsible for defining and shaping the user experience and interface for our core products, turning complex problems into elegant, intuitive, and delightful solutions. This role requires taking
ownership of the full design lifecycle
, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity final hand-off and post-launch iteration. You will serve as the
user advocate
within the product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that drive business results. Your contributions will be central to evolving and maintaining our established
Design System
.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead the Design Process:
    Take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity final hand-off and post-launch iteration.
  • Conduct User Research:
    Plan, execute, and analyze user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Design & Prototype:
    Create and refine wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and technical requirements into successful design solutions.
  • Maintain & Evolve the Design System:
    Contribute to and champion our established
    Design System
    (components, guidelines, and standards) to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all products.
  • Advocate for the User:
    Be the voice of the user throughout the product development process, balancing user needs with business objectives.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • Experience:
    3+ years of professional experience
    working as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, specifically designing complex digital products (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Portfolio:
    A strong, professional
    portfolio
    that clearly showcases your design process, problem-solving abilities, and high-fidelity visual design skills.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    Expertise in current design and prototyping tools such as
    Figma
    (required), Sketch, Adobe XD, and knowledge of modern collaboration tools.
  • Core Skills:
    Proven ability to create intuitive
    user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs
    that meet accessibility standards.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
