Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Expert Designer (Figma, Framer, Webflow) in Web Development located in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Expert Designer is responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces, conducting user research, creating compelling visual designs, and enhancing user experiences. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop interactive, high-quality, web-based platforms that align with brand identity and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and ability to apply user-centric strategies to projects
  • Expertise in User Research and UX principles to create customer-focused designs
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to produce aesthetically appealing and functional interfaces
  • Experience in Prototyping to bring ideas and concepts to life using tools such as Figma, Framer, and Webflow
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with web development processes and an understanding of responsive design principles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
