About the role:
As a
Senior UI/UX Designer
you will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You'll have the chance to make an impact across all end users of the web and mobile applications.

Your will be's:

• Translate design challenges, product goals, and user needs into visually appealing and practical design solutions.
• Visualize and prototype design concepts through mood boards, mockups, and visual comps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create designs that align with product objectives and adhere to established brand guidelines while responding to feedback from design reviews and user testing.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of visual design systems, utilizing modern UI trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to articulate the reasoning behind design decisions and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of the company's visual identity across various products and platforms.
• Take responsibility for delivering visual designs for specific projects or product features, ensuring they meet both user and business goals.
• Work closely with product, UX, and marketing teams to ensure smooth design implementation and alignment with project objectives.
• Efficiently produce high-quality designs while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience and visual appeal.
• Participate in team discussions, providing design input and support as needed.

The Ideal "Noisemaker":

• Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends.
• 2-5 years designing high impact fast paced consumer facing digital experiences.
• A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
• Proven expertise in the world of Visual design, including research, building a cohesive brand identity, illustrative and iconographic work, UI and graphical work
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and UX designer
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or animation tools).
• Familiarity with building and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
• A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• An online portfolio of professional work is required.
• Experience in motion design or animation is a bonus.
