Legacy of 85 years; we've been training aspiring artists and helping them understand this art, with scientific and practical training for past 90 years.

Ajivasan Trust
is a foundation for providing cost free or minimal cost music education to students with extraordinary caliber. It also supports musicians in producing their work and popularising the music that they create. Business Development Manager-Bangalore

Job Location:

Jayanagar, Bangalore

Job Profile:

1)     BRANCHES:

·

Responsible for growth of potential customers and clients

for Branches in Bangalore Branches).

· Manage outgoing & incoming Calls / Emails for Sales, Registration Support

& fees follow up

.

·

Whats app coordination for inquiries & fees follow up.

·

Day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents.

·

Build long-term relationships with new and existing students & parents.

· Planning relevant workshops & activities with the events team.

· Planning social media content for promotions and sharing day to day activities.

2)     SCHOOLS:

· Pitching & sharing proposals & creative for Affiliations (Music Programs, Events, Annual Days,

· Competitions, etc)

· Manage all enrollment / sales related outgoing & incoming calls / emails / SMSes

· Enrollment & payment follow up & Confirmation

· Day to day coordination with clients

· Planning communication / announcements for starting / concluding batches

· Coordination & Tracking clients for invoices / payments

· Coordination with faculty manager & co-coordinators for course & curriculum

· Attending & Ensuring Smooth PTM at Schools

· Back up the Help Desk work in case needed

Other Attributes:

· Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi

· Hands-on experience in making business proposals using Microsoft power-point / Canva.

· Hands-on experience in Microsoft word & excel

· Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city.

· Candidates from the western line will be preferred.

· Basic exposure towards social media & digital marketing.

Minimum Qualification:

· Graduation

· Senior year students who have good communication skills & have learnt music before can apply

Working Days & Hours:

· Tuesday to Sunday: 11 AM to 8 PM

· On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be given preference

  • Freshers with good communication & knowledge of music can also apply

Salary:

● Best as per industry standards plus incentives on enrollments and schools business too

● Office work-related travel expenses would be reimbursed as per policy.

● Office phone and SIM will be provided for all official communication
