Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Warehouse Incharge. The Warehouse Incharge will oversee daily operations, including stock control, inventory management, and ensuring smooth workflow within the warehouse. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams, managing inventory accuracy, monitoring safety protocols. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing warehouse efficiency and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
  • Experience in Operations Management and warehouse workflow optimization
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to oversee multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a supervisory warehouse role is preferred
