Job Overview

Nysa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Event Management Executive
to plan and execute high-impact events that support real estate marketing, leasing, and stakeholder engagement at its Panipat Industrial Park. The role involves end-to-end event coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution in alignment with Nysa's brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute real estate–driven events including project launches, site visits, broker meets, investor meets, and tenant engagement programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Operations) to align events with business goals
  • Manage vendors for décor, AV, catering, security, logistics, and branding
  • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements at the site
  • Manage on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time
  • Support branding, signage, and promotional collateral during events
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and lead documentation

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in event management (real estate, corporate, or infrastructure sector preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling site-based events and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools is an advantage
